iPrac

iPrac is a new free two month claims delivery training and support service, designed to assist practices to best prepare their billing, deliver their claims and reconcile feedback from Medical Aids. This service is intended to assist and train all clients, on a manual intervention basis, to correctly manage their claim submissions and follow up procedures. iTrack will therefore be in continuous contact throughout the two month period with your practice and medical aids to:

  • Spot check the delivery of claims at the medical aids on a daily basis.
  • Assist in correctly fixing rejected claims
  • Train practices how to monitor claims submissions by comparing an Age with Submission report.
  • Stay on top of claims so that they don’t become stale.
